  • 🏡 What a brilliant #NHFFinance. Last week, the Housing team at Lloyds Corporate & Institutional were at the National Housing Federation Conference in Liverpool.    Jessica TOMLINSON shared her insights and leadership when debating '𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻?' with fellow panellists including: Priya Nair from the The Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. (THFC), Rosemary Farrar from the Platform Housing Group, and Mark Washer from SNG (Sovereign Network Group), which was all chaired by Helia Ebrahimi from Channel 4. One of the main takeaways was, despite the sector's dynamic and uncertain environment, the economic and social case for social housing remains strong. It's crucial for policymakers, housing providers, financial institutions, and communities to unite behind its common goal.    Our stand showcased the ongoing partnership with Crisis and a case study featuring Nick Atkin, Chief Executive of Yorkshire Housing.    As a supporter of social housing, with £19.5bn in new funding delivered, we're committed to ensuring everyone has access to the homes they need for a secure future.    For more information on how we can support you, contact the Housing team today: David ClearyRay TierneyMelanie RussellJatinder DhaliwalValeriia (Lera) WattsLauren BaileyChris Yau
