Transforming care for society's most vulnerable people.

About us

Introducing Log my Care – the platform for outstanding care management. We've witnessed first-hand how busy support workers are and the impact this has on the quality of care provided. Fewer people don't equal less work (if only!) This impact is felt across the industry, by society, and most importantly, by those in your care and their families. And that includes our loved ones. And it might well include us one day. So, we're driven to transform care for society's most vulnerable people. And together, we have the motivation, awareness and expertise to make this happen. Our purpose - To transform care for society's most vulnerable people. Our mission - To make people-centred technology accessible to everybody in social care. Our vision - To be the world's leading digital care management platform.

Safe to say we had a full house at the "Top tips for rostering in care" talk on day one of the Care Show 👀🎤 5 key takeaways from the talk to enhance your rostering processes 👇 1️⃣ Keep it simple Complex systems lead to inefficiencies. A simple, scalable approach ensures smooth operations as your client base grows. 2️⃣ Prioritise person-centred matching Focus on continuity of care by matching carers with the right individuals. Consistent relationships = better outcomes. 3️⃣ Use real-time data Up-to-date data is critical! Accurate info leads to faster decision-making and fewer mistakes. 4️⃣ Spot patterns, improve continuity Data analysis helps identify trends, like late shifts, enabling you to proactively solve issues and improve care delivery. 5️⃣ AI is on the horizon, but don’t wait AI will enhance rostering, but digital tools today already provide huge benefits. Start optimising now! 🔑 Simplify. Personalise. Leverage data. A huge thank you to our host Mark Topps and our excellent panel Alex Sorisi Szymon Kosciukiewicz Sam Hussain 👏 The future of care rostering is right around the corner - sign up to the waitlist to be the first to get updates 📥 https://lnkd.in/eCKNYngE #CareShowBHAM24 #caremanagement #caretech #DSCR

As we enter the final three months of the year, here’s a look at what the Log my Care team got up to in September: 🏢 Some of our remote team members based in Romania came together for an in-person office day. It was a great opportunity to strengthen connections and work together face-to-face. 📹 We launched our brand-new video series, The Making of Rostering, where we chat to the people behind the development of our upcoming Rostering add-on. The first three episodes are now available to watch, and you can check them out here: https://lnkd.in/e9iPc_9q 📖 We collaborated with PBS Coach Giuseppe Di Martino to create a comprehensive e-book, The PBS Playbook. This guide is designed to help organisations navigate the rollout of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) by offering essential information, practical templates, and expert insights. You can read it here: https://lnkd.in/eHwmxx4r. 💬 Szymon from the Epilepsy Society visited our London office for an afternoon of productive discussions. We had many conversations about our rostering project and product roadmap, and Szymon shared valuable insights and suggestions for continuing to enhance Log my Care. 💻 Our Product Manager, Anna, hosted a live webinar on Getting Proactive with Incident Management. We’re grateful to everyone who participated and contributed to the session. If you missed it, you can catch up on the webinar here: https://lnkd.in/evYYq6uY. We had a fantastic September and are looking forward to what’s coming up in October, including one of the biggest events of the year—The Care Show in Birmingham. We hope to see many of you there!

Solid foundations are key to effective PBS plans. 🔑 Get these components right, and you'll set up your team and those in your care, to achieve better outcomes. So, what are the key components of a successful PBS plan? 1️⃣ 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 An initial assessment helps you get to know the individual to better understand their unique needs, preferences, and strengths. 2️⃣ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Effective PBS is about listening, observing, and responding to an individual's needs in a way that they can understand and appreciate. 3️⃣ 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 It’s important to allow the individual to be actively involved in their environment and daily life, fostering a sense of agency and self-worth. 4️⃣ 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 After an incident, it’s essential to focus on recovery - repairing relationships, ensuring the individual feels safe and supported, and preventing future incidents. 5️⃣ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 A consistent approach brings stability which can significantly reduce anxiety and minimise challenging behaviours. Want to dive deeper into how you can put these strategies into action? Read chapter 1 of our PBS ebook here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eKZMy85k
