About us

Introducing Log my Care – the platform for outstanding care management. We've witnessed first-hand how busy support workers are and the impact this has on the quality of care provided. And it might well include us one day. So, we're driven to transform care for society's most vulnerable people. And together, we have the motivation, awareness and expertise to make this happen. Our purpose - To transform care for society's most vulnerable people. Our mission - To make people-centred technology accessible to everybody in social care. We know that successfully implementing PBS plans requires collective effort and buy-in from all organisational levels. But how can you effectively embed PBS plans that work for everyone? Giuseppe shares two tips below: 1️⃣ Get leadership buy-in: Secure support from senior leadership by emphasising the proven value of PBS with positive stories and data. This helps build a strong foundation for implementation. 2️⃣ Reflective sessions for staff: Weekly reflective sessions provide a safe space for staff to voice concerns and share suggestions. This fosters a supportive environment that benefits everyone, including those we serve. Catch up on the full webinar here 👉 https://lnkd.in/eDm4x29f #pbs #personcentredcare #positivebehavioursupport
