Happy Monday! 😄🏆 London Southend has reintroduced the popular HappyOrNot feedback system across our airport terminal... and the first week of results are in! A score of 96% positive feedback based on 352 responses — a very happy start, indeed. 👉 This system - which allows passengers to rate their airport experience with a simple smiley-face icon - has been placed throughout the terminal, including key areas like check-in, security and the lounge. With Heathrow and Gatwick pursuing long-term runway developments; and Luton, an increase in its passenger cap, London Southend has the infrastructure to provide airport capacity immediately. As parliamentary discussions around airport expansion unfold today, with Rachel Reeves expected to back a third runway at Heathrow, London Southend is urging decision-makers to prioritise immediate, scalable solutions.
