Yesterday we had another great London Tech Bridge Tea and Tech on Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS)! Our targeted industry event was attended by many US Navy, Royal Navy, and Royal Marine stakeholders that were able to see the advancements being made in this focus area. The London Tech Bridge hosted a workshop on immersive technologies aimed at gaining insight and sharing knowledge across industry, academia, and government. New US Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) solicitation is out! We know there are many of you in our ecosystem that have capabilities in this arena! Long range one way UAS! Deadline is 14 October! Overview and link below! Long-Range One-way Platforms Recent conflicts have highlighted the asymmetric impact low-cost, one-way unmanned aerial systems (UAS) have on the modern battlefield. The Department of Defense (DoD) must be able to employ low-cost precision effects at extended ranges. Our September #TeaAndTech was a bit different this month. We were able to go back to some companies that we have had short "speed dating" sessions with that have technology that fit into US and Royal Navy areas of interest.
