This week we’re celebrating two project milestones! Not only has our 10 Station Road project in Cambridge officially reached practical completion, it has also been awarded BREEAM Outstanding certification, with an impressive score of 93.25. The journey for 10 Station Road began in 2015 and, despite the challenges of restarting during the January 2021 lockdown, the completion of this five-storey office development is a proud achievement. Designed to be one of Cambridge’s first ‘healthy office buildings,’ it has set a new benchmark as the first in the area to achieve BREEAM Outstanding under the 2018 scheme. This certification is particularly significant as it's the first new building to receive this in over a decade. 10 Station Road has also earned WELL Gold certification and a NABERS 4.5* rating, further cementing its commitment to sustainability and employee well-being.
