Last week, MAWD's UK Design Director, Jane Maciver, had the incredible opportunity to attend an inspiring event at the Roca London Gallery in celebration of International Women’s Day. With the theme ‘Unique Female Voices, a Table to Share,’ the event, hosted by Roca Gallery in collaboration with The American Institute of Architects (AIA), brought together 10 remarkable women leaders from architecture, interior design, and urban development. The discussions on "Her Power" highlighted the impact and influence of women in shaping contemporary design and the built environment. A native of Glasgow, Scotland, Shelley has worked at MAWD | March and White Design for over 13 years, starting her career in the practice’s London studio, and then moving to MAWD’s New York studio. Today, she oversees and manages all large-scale luxury hospitality, residential and yachting projects in regions including New York, Miami, West Palm Beach, Washington, D.C., and beyond.
