Thanks to the meticulous planning and extensive User Acceptance Testing conducted in collaboration with our business teams and operations teams, the launch was seamless. 💼💻 At MATCHES, ensuring timely and efficient delivery is paramount in providing a stellar experience for our customers. With this project, we've implemented a streamlined system for allocating carriers at the point of dispatch, optimising our logistics operations and improving order fulfilment processes. 🛍️🚚 The success of this launch can be attributed to the close collaboration between our technology teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams.
