It’s National Inclusion Week! One of the most important D&I events in our calendar! Being a recruitment business, we have the opportunity not only to have a positive impact on our own workforce, but also that of our clients. We have embraced the theme #impactmatters and focussed our activity on several areas to bring the theme to life on our ED&I journey. Here are some of the things we are doing: 1. We have launched our yearly data collection survey – knowing who we have working for us allows us to have the positive impact that really matters to our folk. 2. We are hosting client events this week to harness the power of collaboration! And cognitive diversity! Coming together with our clients’ communities helps us to drive best practice. 3.
