🥳 Celebrating 12-months of collaboration! Today marks the one-year anniversary of the commencement of our partnership with Suffolk County Council - after McCann was chosen to deliver a significant street lighting services contract across the county. Over a seven-year period we're working closely with the team in Suffolk to maintain 62,000 assets - alongside 10,500 parish assets and 1,200 assets within Norfolk. Year one has been a tremendous success, with our shared vision for delivering value for money and enhancing the environment the cornerstone to a partnership which will certainly go the distance. We look forward to seeing what the next six years has in store, Suffolk County Council, Suffolk Highways 🙌

✨ Collaboration at its very best. Our recent works at Salisbury Riverside Park received glowing feedback from Kier Group's Project Manager, Adam Cottrell. The project saw us complete a wide range of civil engineering and electrical works, including the installation of steel columns and bollards, feeder pillars and CCTV infrastructure, and the completion of a number of DNO connections. This week, I broke my number one rule: "Never work with kids!" McCann Ltd had the incredible opportunity to attend and sponsor the LGTA Go Construct school careers fair in Lincolnshire, where over 1,500 schoolchildren participated. It was an experience I absolutely loved! Kids are genuinely hilarious and refreshingly honest when they're engaged. I found myself learning just as much from them as they did from us. This event was a reminder of the power of curiosity and creativity in young minds and how important it is to expose them to the opportunities our industry has to offer.
