We’re excited to announce a well-deserved role change for Cait McCarthy to “Design Researcher and Strategist.” Cait has consistently exceeded the expectations of her previous role as “UX Designer,” and this new title better reflects the depth of her contributions.   Cait has been pivotal in driving innovative user experiences, championing impactful feature improvements, and creating workflows that are deeply informed by her understanding of our users' needs. Her strategic thinking and research-driven approach have been instrumental to the success of many of our key initiatives.   We are grateful for Cait’s dedication, her ability to tackle complex challenges with confidence, and the invaluable expertise she brings to each project. Last week, our CEO, Ash Kalraiya, took the stage at the NPAG Clinical Engineering Conference 2024 hosted by National Performance Advisory Group, at the Radisson Blu, Stansted, London.   Ash shared the inspiring story behind the founding of MediShout, and our published studies showing how our platform is transforming healthcare services for hospitals and medical device companies. Our team who were present really enjoyed their interesting discussions with colleagues from clinical engineering departments, asset management technology companies, and with the medical device companies who were present.    We'd like extend our sincere thanks to Hilditch Group Ltd. for kindly offering their speaking slot, giving us the chance to highlight the success of our partnership.
