With over 20 years’ recruitment experience between us, we’ve worked across many different markets and a broad range of disciplines. In all of these, the underlying commonality has been change and transformation. Whilst there are many recruitment companies with Transformation & Change desks, there are very few for whom it is their sole focus. We believe there is a gap in the market for such a company.
