    Sara was hooked after attending her very first Hyrox event. The atmosphere, the pace, the blood, sweat and tears were all so real. She never felt more alive or tired at the same time. Whilst a finish wasn’t on the cards, Sara vowed to return next year and be ready to complete it. A gym program, the right kit and nutrition was considered as part of Project Hyrox - this plan was going to deliver, Sara was going to deliver. Turns out Super Sneakers (name changed) didn’t deliver… Sara wasted valuable time chasing her order when she should have been training. Here is the beginning of her call > Customer service agent (CSA): Hi, you are through to Super Sneakers, how may I help you? Sara: Hi, I’m really looking forward to Hyrox this year. You see, last year I didn’t finish but had the best time! Anyway, I’m calling about my V2 sneakers. Where is my order please? CSA: (gulp, not the dreaded WISMO call?!). Umm, sure I can take a look for you. Please can I get your details… All too familiar and all too frustrating.
