We are delighted to have delivered the latest adaptation of modern retail design with a four unit retail terrace (7,500sqft (GIA)), at Bradwell near Great Yarmouth for Midpoint Developments Limited. SGP’s design for the development, which includes a new vehicle access and carpark with landscaping to the boundary, aims to create a standardised approach for our retail and mixed-use sectors. On site at Cannock today at development started by Newcrest, sold to Primrose Property and Development Managed by Midpoint Developments Limited. Coop have just opened up nearly 2 years from original PC and the store looks great. It will add some good additional footfall for the tenants who have been here since day 1. We have submitted plans for one of our latest local centre schemes in Suffolk. Just pre-app at this stage but great to get our plans into the local authority following positive discussions to date. It always gives us great satisfaction bringing these community facilities forward and pre-app is usually time and effort well spent in the ultimate aim of securing consent.
