Here is a time lapse to show the 4 days in the watertight super structure of our new house near Grayshott was put up by TALO with the determined oversight of Bengt Magnussen. It was then checked over by ICW Group - Building Warranties & Building Control for a structural warranty arranged by Frank Morgan-Rowe Cert CII

An epic week on site. See Before (Tuesday) and after (Saturday) photos! 4 days of work on site and we went from just footings to a 3,000 sq ft EPC A house structure assembled to watertight with all triple glazed windows and sliding doors installed. This system will be contributing significantly to UK house building. Cost effective, fast with an eco-friendly end result. Amazing to witness. This is why I'm not an architect... It's great to have a vision of what you want, but ultimately someone with real skill and qualifications needs to take this dodgy sketch and get it through planning and into our hands on site. Very pleased to be working with reputable local architect Boher Architecture on this. Calmer waters ahead Some reassuring words about the housing market for years, and hard to refute. From Lucien Cook, Savills Head of Residential Research. Economics finally calming down, and being more important than UK politics. Just as well given UK politics recent track record. Nothing stellar, but good to read, when most political changes in the last 8 years or so have been a car crash. "Affordability is by far the biggest factor in the mainstream housing market. Accordingly, we expect the pace and scale of interest rate cuts to have a more significant impact on the market than the timing or outcome of the general election, not least because of the short odds on a change in government. Headline inflation’s fall to 2.3% in the year to April indicates two or three bank base rate cuts, this year. That is likely to mean mortgage markets remain relatively stable in the short term, with the prospect of lower borrowing costs as the year progresses. And with a shorter than expected run in to the general election, there is more opportunity for buyer demand to gain traction over the autumn, with most of the uncertainty behind us."
