We are delighted to be working in partnership with Pobl Group on another significant development in Swansea. D5B on SA1 will provide 43 affordable homes in the heart of the maritime quarter and we are proud to continue to help bring first class homes to market with our valued client. A huge thank you to the design team Stride Treglown Vale Consultancy and to EXPEDITE and Nathan Davies Amy Prince for their hard work on the pre development stage. Works are due to commence on site shortly and we look forward to discussing the project with our supply chain. Beacon Hill scores an excellent 45 out of 45 from CCS yet again! We are excited to announce that our Beacon Hill development for Pobl Group at the former Townhill campus Swansea, has achieved an excellent Considerate Constructors Scheme score of 45 once more. This is a testament to the hard work and commitment from our entire team on site, ensuring that they maintain the Morganstone values and our commitment to being a considerate neighbour to all.
