Founded in 1999 by Thea Green MBE (for services to the Beauty Industry), Nails.INC is a leading global nail brand with a bestselling and award-winning product range. Nails.INC provides the ultimate in accessible luxury and is famous for its innovative, high quality, professional products. Nails.INC have several standalone stores across Japan as well as nail bars in many esteemed retail locations including Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Fenwick and Brown Thomas. Sister brand INC.redible cosmetics launched in 2017; with all the DNA of the mother brand Nails.INC – high quality formulations, exciting innovation stories combined with a much-loved fashion edge. INC.redible originally launched with 52 lip only SKUs, now the brand has exploded into a full beauty range sold worldwide with Sephora and Superdrug. Combined, the brands have a 400 SKU library that encompasses nail polish, treatments, cosmetics and skin care as well as all year-round gifting. In January this year we partnered with Digital Boost to create a free "how to start a business course" FOR aspiring #femaleentrepreneurs BY female entrepreneurs. So we tapped into the BUY WOMEN BUILT community and the founders of most well known UK consumer brands stepped up as always and rushed into to help like the champs they are and share everything they know to encourage more women to turn their business ideas into reality. So far two cohorts—396 women in total—have now completed the course. The results? Every single one of the participants has doubled their confidence in starting a business. This is wonderful news as The Rose Review by NatWest Group cited lack of confidence as one of the biggest obstacles to female entrepreneurship. Women make great entrepreneurs and yet they have a self-perceived lack of ability. According to the The Rose Review 39% of women are confident in their ability to start a business as opposed to 56% of men. So what better than a "how to" course with live proof and encouragement from UK's biggest brand founders to show women they DO have what it takes. You cant be what you cant see.
