This October, we’re spotlighting resources for NHS Employers Speak Up Month, a campaign by the National Guardian's Office focused on supporting healthcare professionals to confidently raise concerns and navigate workplace conversations.   The OET Test helps healthcare workers learn important clinical communication skills that help foster assertive, culturally sensitive interactions, empowering internationally-educated staff to contribute effectively within NHS teams.
