Congratulations to Network Space Development Director Catherine Chilvers who has just been appointed as Managing Director of Stockport Mayoral Development Corporation. Catherine will be leaving NSD to lead the next stage of the town’s regeneration, succeeding Paul Richards who is moving into a new strategic role to the MDC Board alongside his role as Deputy Chief Executive of Stockport Council. We are really sorry to see Catherine go but delighted for her to be taking on such an important and strategic role for Stockport. Catherine has led on many major projects during her 9 years at NSD including the delivery of the award-winning Glass Futures Centre of Excellence in St Helens. We wish her all the very best. Network Space Developments is delighted to announce the sale of its flagship Broadheath Networkcentre, Greater Manchester, to M7, the newly formed Oxford Properties and AustralianSuper joint venture. Broadheath Networkcentre is a circa 206,000 sq ft prime, new, multi-let industrial estate. It was recently developed by Network Space Developments who acquired the site in 2021 ahead of building out the facility which now comprises 25 high-specification units ranging in size from 2,080 sq ft to 41,738 sq ft.
