Solar Together is looking for experienced solar PV installers in Newport and across southeast Wales to join its latest community-led solar group buying scheme. Homeowners across the region can register their interest in solar panels, battery storage, and EV charging points though Solar Together. Installers who qualify to work with Solar Together can then be matched with homeowners through their group-buying process, making it easier for them to secure affordable and high-quality installations. Meet the Buyer 🛠️   Wynne Construction is looking to engage with local subcontractors and social enterprise organisations from Newport and the surrounding areas of the South East Wales region, who are interested in working with us to deliver the new Newport Leisure Centre.   Wynne Construction have been appointed by Newport City Council to design and build the Newport Leisure Centre.   A variety of packages are available.   Wynne Construction is seeking to engage with local companies to support this scheme and future projects. We are particularly interested in meeting with social enterprises across the South East Wales region.   Meetings will be held over Teams on Wednesday 26th March from 9.30am to 12.30pm.   Meetings will be slots of 15 minutes each and will be hosted by members of Wynne Construction's QS and Design Team.   The format is 1-2-1 meetings booked in advance. It’s great to see Hays Travel open for business again following a refurbishment of its Llanarth Street branch. Our cabinet member for regeneration and economic development, James Clarke, and the Mayor were among those who were invited to join the company for its reopening. Mae'n wych gweld Hays Travel ar agor unwaith eto yn dilyn gwaith adnewyddu yn ei changen yn Llanarth Street. Roedd ein haelod cabinet dros adfywio a datblygu economaidd, James Clarke, a'r Maer ymhlith y rhai a wahoddwyd i ymuno â'r cwmni ar gyfer yr ailagoriad.
