Putting Customers at the Heart of What We Do ! As part of the Customer Experience Team, I had the opportunity to visit a customer at their home following a complaint they raised. While handling concerns remotely is sometimes necessary, there’s no substitute for face-to-face engagement when it comes to truly understanding a situation. Listening to the customer’s experience firsthand gave me valuable insight into their concerns and the impact on their daily life. More importantly, it reinforced the importance of empathy, proactive communication, and ensuring that every customer feels heard and valued. By working together, we were able to explore solutions and take meaningful steps toward a resolution. This visit was a reminder that great customer service isn’t just about responding to issues it’s about building trust, fostering positive relationships, and continuously improving the way we support our communities.
