This year was our fifth time running NextWave One4One, our social enterprise programme for young people from diverse backgrounds.    Our One4One programme aims to help young adults on their first step in a professional career by providing a unique and immersive internship experience. Each year, we create a paid internship position in tandem with each new client engagement. One4one provides the opportunity to learn about the world of the financial services industry, the biggest challenges and opportunities, and how these can be addressed with technology. Earlier this week, we hosted an AI Industry Leadership Forum with CMS for leaders from investment banks and asset and wealth management firms. Over a gourmet breakfast, our dynamic round table discussion explored practical applications of AI and Automation to drive growth, enhance efficiency, and strengthen controls. When we started NextWave, we set out to include some social purpose in our business and give something back to society as we grew. That intent became NextWave One4One, our unique social impact programme for young people from diverse backgrounds. It provides the immersive opportunity to learn about the world of financial services from key players in the industry, including our clients and alliance partners. We know the programme has changed a few lives for the better because our interns have told us, and we are really proud of that. A huge thank you to our social enterprise partner, Generation Success, who bring a network of over 20,000 young people from which we source many of our One4one participants. We also extend our gratitude to all the speakers and alliance partners who gave inspiring presentations to our interns and graciously shared their knowledge and experience.
