We are thrilled to share that yesterday, we kicked off our inaugural Inspire- NIC Leadership Programme. This program is designed to empower our leaders, fostering growth, innovation and collaboration across our organisation. Over the next 18 months, participants will engage in dynamic workshops, mentorship and hands-on projects that will enhance their leadership skills and drive our mission forward. A warm welcome to our new colleagues as we go live across 2 more locations for a new client this morning at LPL2 and MAN1.   Our Chief Operating Officer, Ken Atherton- NIC SERVICES GROUP LTD. was on hand to welcome our new colleagues into NIC and chat about the amazing career pathways they can develop with us.   Ken Said: "Firstly I would like to extend a warm welcome to the new team members who join us today to embark on this brilliant new contract. I hope you join our icoNIC clubs and look forward to seeing you all develop on our career pathways. Secondly I would like to thank the amazing NIC management team for their efforts during this busy period, your commitment and passion is infectious.” 

Congratulations to Matt Sealy, our Distribution Operations Manager who was recently presented with a Pride of NIC award by Operations Director Jeffrey Lloyd-Jones for his recent management of some key Distribution Centre projects across a variety of service lines.   Matt’s involvement has been essential to the success of these projects and his peers and our client have praised his ongoing professionalism throughout.   Gavin Glossop, National Operations Director, commented “It is absolutely right that Matt has been recognised by Jeff and our client for his hard work on these projects that ensure we continue to offer our client innovative FM solutions within the Distribution sector”   Well done, Matt! 

What an enjoyable and rewarding day out that was. Our COO Ken Atherton spent the day meeting our new colleagues and contract Management team, at a brand new client site as as part of a phased mobilisation. Ken was joined by our IT Stragey Director Darren Roberts and our National Sales and Marketing Director Paul Castle, who were all excited to discuss and to plan the deployment of the amazing innovation and technology that will be available to this wonderful new client. Ken said “we are now into our mobilisation phase, and our amazing team is fully focussed on delivering a brilliant onboarding experience and world class training and support package for our new colleagues, as well as making sure that we deliver a fantastic service from day one to our client” We cannot wait to share more with you all, as more locations come on line.

Congratulations to Claudia Rocha, who has been presented with a Pride of NIC award!   Claudia has received the award as recognition for her hard work and support as well as her desire and drive to provide outstanding service, keeping up with NIC and client’s expectations.   Claudia has just completed her first year as Area Manager for the Co-Op and has done an amazing job at improving results in her area, she was the area manager with the best figures across all KPIs in August showing her commitment to deliver the best service possible for our client.     Well done Claudia!

Congratulations to Chukwuka Ilonwa, Operations Administrator, who has been presented with a pride of NIC award. Chukwuka has been awarded for his dedication to helping our colleagues out on the field. Reece Clark-Jacobs says: - “Chuka is so supportive to our team and deals with any requests in a very timely manner. He has been mentioned on our Monday conference call a few times for his amazing support so we thought it was only fitting to share our appreciation and celebrate with a Pride of NIC award 😄!” Ellen Shaw, Operations Support Manager, says: - “Chuka was new to NIC this year and since joining us he has proven himself to be a vital member of the operations support team. He is always going out of his way to help out in any way that he can and our field teams are always singing his praises.” Very well deserved, well done Chuka! 

NIC welcomes our new colleagues into the team! It’s an exciting week at NIC with the first of 3 sites to go live with our newest client, a global online retailer. Charlotte Mudge, National Operations Director, has been working tirelessly with assistance from her team and Account Manager, Michael Bee, to ensure the mobilisation process is seamless and efficient. Ken Atherton- COO says - "As we go live with our latest contract award, with the worlds largest online global retailer, I wanted to firstly welcome our new colleagues at EMA3 into NIC, we look forward to a positive engagement full of colleague nurturing and education. Secondly, I would like to thank the wider NIC team for their determination and professionalism in helping to deliver this magnificent opportunity. I'm certain that Charlotte and her team will deliver a first class and groundbreaking service to our client." We are looking forward to showing the site team what NIC has to offer!” NIC is excited to begin our new partnership and welcome our new colleagues to the family!

Congratulations to Courtney Duffield for receiving a Pride of NIC! Courtney, Operations Administrator, has been awarded for her continuous hard work and dedication to her role. Michael Bee, Regional Manager, said “Over the last two/three weeks Courtney has been a star, supporting me at all times of the day with right to work, DBS and all work relating to our new client. Without Courtney quickly answering her phone/teams I would have really struggled”. Ellen Shaw, Operations Support Manager, said “Courtney is a wonderful member of our team. I can always count on her to be proactive, get things done quickly and to a high standard.” Well done, Courtney!

Congratulations to Store Support Supervisors Jake Nicholon, Susan Latter and, Kofi Boateng-Antwi who have been recognised for their excellent standards and received Pride of NIC awards   Tony Latter, Area Support Manager, Says - “I've been privileged to have worked alongside these three amazing Individuals. All week with tough time restrictions, we have prepared two high profile stores for high level V.I P visits. Work started from early hours of the morning and received fantastic feedback from the store. I thank all of my team for their dedication to me and NIC, you have done us all proud.”   Keep up the great work team!
