Norton Peskett provides a variety of legal services including Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Personal injury claims, Wills and Probates, Criminal defence, Family (divorce, mediation, collaborative law), Notary and Employment law. We operate from 5 offices - Lowestoft, Halesworth, Beccles, Yarmouth and Gorleston. Most of our business comes through recommendation and many of our clients have been with us for many years. Norton Peskett was the first legal practice in the Waveney Valley to be awarded Lexcel on Friday 24th February 2012.(Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and excellence in client care). In 2012 the firm was accredited with CQS, the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme which provides a recognised quality standard for residential Conveyancing practices.

Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving to those who need it most, and this year our Lowestoft Office decided to start putting together Christmas Shoebox’s for Samaritan's Purse – Operation Christmas Child and Gift Bag's for 'Delivering Joy' with Dunelm A truly fantastic response from the Lowestoft team with lots of festively wrapped shoe boxes filled with toys, school supplies and hygiene products and gift bags filled with items from the recipients wish list. All the boxes have now been taken to St Marks Church, Oulton Broad and will shortly be making its way to the children and families in need from all over the world. The Gift Bags will be making their way to Dunelm next week ready to be delivered to those in the local community who deserve a treat this Christmas. #samaritans #samaritanspurse #DunelmDeliveringJoy #giftofgiving #Christmas #ChristmasJoy
