For this #throwbackthursday, we are taking a look at the difference in wish applications we received in 2019 and in 2024. The wishes we provide are personal for every child and can be anything and everything from essential household items, such as a washing machine or a bed to a weekend trip away to create new memories after the often, upsetting ones made in hospital. 💸 Each wish costs our Charity £500 and over the years our increase in wishes, means an even bigger increase in costs. 📈 In 2019/20, we received 337 wish applications and in 2023/24, we received of 702 applications. Molly Ollys do not receive any statutory funding so your donations are vital to help us keep providing wishes for children across the country with life-threatening illnesses.
