    NEW: We’ve published two more case reports where terms in students’ contracts have been changed after Trading Standards considered them to be unfair. Our partnership with National Trading Standards allows us to raise concerns about students’ consumer protection. The case reports set out how our referrals have led to universities and colleges changing their terms following advice from Trading Standards.     JOB ALERT: We’re hiring for 2x Head of Regulatory Analytics.   This is a new role to the OfS, introduced after the recruitment of a Chief Data Officer into the organisation.
