📸 Project Spotlight 📸 In collaboration with Midlothian Council, Ogilvie delivered Newmills Road in Dalkeith. The brownfield site provides 44 new homes as well as a 40-apartment extra care facility and 8 extra care bungalows, offering multi-generational living for the community. Collaborating with renowned architects Halliday Fraser Munro, Ogilvie constructed homes to Passivhaus and Net Zero standards. The dedicated project team demonstrated exceptional innovation, achieving Gold-level certifications and even refining window profiles to meet stringent compliance requirements. Following the project's completion, Midlothian Council, with ongoing support from Ogilvie, is monitoring home performance and energy efficiency. This includes assessing initial design calculations to ensure compliance with Net Zero and Passivhaus standards. #Passivhaus #NetZero

Yesterday our Polton Street Operations Manager David Brunton and Site Administrator Heather Voy paid a visit to St Marys RC Primary School in Bonnyrigg to deliver Christmas Gifts 🎄 With the help of our Subcontractors on our Polton Street Project, Ogilvie raised funds to provide pupils with end of term Christmas Goodies.
