Dear Friends, We are striving to be the difference in a market saturated with broken promises. Our difference also extends into how we host events. It was an absolute honour to be hosting our recent PaceSetters event with the incredible Michel Roux Jr. “I have learned from today, it’s all about our human capital” “This has been the best event I have been to in the corporate world” Play the video and I will let you get a sense of the day. Magic 🫶. If you would like to be notified of upcoming events then please sign up at https://lnkd.in/eZfqF6dW
Watch the highlights from our third PaceSetters event with Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux Junior, as we continue to explore how #processes coupled with the right #systems can unlock humans’ ability to operate at their peak.

At Pace, we host an annual Retreat to celebrate our birthday 🎂 As we turn 4, the team gathered last week to glamp in the Essex countryside, taking part in fun activities, demonstrating team work and pushing themselves to try new things. Pace-Setters were challenged to take part in paddle boarding, archery, pyrography and a Values workshop – a little bit of healthy competition and a lot of focus on what we do best - Harnessing Human Autonomy. The afternoon was filled with a Pace team challenge – a round robin of 8 different activities for teams to work together to achieve 'best team' glory. Sounds easy right?! Pace-Setters love a challenge and extra obstacles and barriers were introduced. Have you ever tried to assemble a tent and disassemble it in 12 minutes, and with only one person allowed to speak?!⛺️ We wrapped up Day Two with a very transparent Q&A session hosted by our leadership team, followed by our annual Pace Values awards and finally our first ever Auction of Promises. Our highly skilled team of Pace-Setters offered their skills and experiences at auction and we raised over £2800 for our charities Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association & the Birds charity raising money for humanitarian aid in Ukraine. ❤️ Why do we do this? Quite simply, our Retreat adds so much value to our team, to our community and ultimately to our customers. Spending 3 days in the countryside, immersing ourselves in nature and spending time together away from screens helps to build the trust and deepen relationships we value so greatly at Pace - our award-winning culture is a testament to this. Our culture exists because of our people, not for our people. We thank all our Pace-Setters for being such amazing sports and being willing to get stuck in, as well as the phenomenal team at Strive Events Agency who were instrumental in making this such a huge success. If you'd like to hear more about Pace and the opportunities we currently have available, please reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Dom Cowderoy who will tell you all about our business and the fun we get up to together. #harnessinghumanautonomy #doingthingsdifferently #wehavefun #companyculture #teamwork

While your IT team can hold your technology vendor to account, a business-led approach is best when it comes to ERP implementation, according to Colin Gibbs, Head of Optimisation at Pace. Getting the right people in the room from the outset is not only key to adoption but continuous improvement. Colin Gibbs unpacks why here: https://lnkd.in/ekctynTt

Last week, members of Pace and a select few customers gathered at The Langham, London for our third Pacesetters event. We invited Michelin-starred chef, Michel Roux Jnr, to demonstrate the relationship between system, process and creativity that creates his iconic soufflé. During the 56 years of his restaurant, Le Gavroche, one million soufflés were served, meaning it wasn’t a cookery class, it was a lesson in mastery and excellence. Each of our trainee chefs was given a #process to follow in the form of a recipe and provided with utensils and ingredients. But did all the soufflés look and taste the same? Let’s just say that some were declared ‘not a soufflé’! We’d like to thank our guests for attending and participating. If you would like to attend our next event, please follow Pace for further announcements. https://lnkd.in/ePzNUwpm

🏌️♂️⛳ Pace’s First Charity Golf Day – New Date: April 22nd, 2025! 🏌️♀️🏆 The date of our first ever Charity Golf Day has been rescheduled to April 22nd, 2025 and will take place at the stunning Remedy Oak Golf Course in Dorset. We made this decision due to recent poor weather affecting the course and to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved. This event will feature a Texas Scramble 4-ball tournament, complete with games over 18 holes, including “nearest the pin” and “beat the pro.” All profits will go directly to the MND Association, supporting their vital work in funding research and care for those impacted by this devastating disease. The day will start with breakfast and refreshments before hitting the course alongside celebrities and pro golfers. After the tournament, guests will enjoy a 3-course dinner and an after-dinner speech, followed by a charity auction with incredible prizes like tickets to The Open, a 4-ball at Swinley Forest Golf Course, hospitality at Leeds Rhinos and Lords, and much more. We’ll be sharing details on the prizes for our auction every few weeks, and today’s highlight is a signed shirt from Son Heung-Min, generously donated by Tottenham Football Club and stylishly modelled by our CEO, Tim Bretman! ⚽ We have plenty more announcements and surprises in store over the coming months, so stay tuned! If you’re interested in attending or would like more information, please get in touch to reserve your place. We hope to see you on the course for an unforgettable day, all for a fantastic cause! ⛳ Don’t miss out – get in touch to book your spot! #Pace #PaceGolfDay #Fundraising #MotorNeuroneDisease #ALS #MNDAssociation #MNDCharity #Golf #RemedyOak #SonHeungMin #TottenhamHotspur
