Pacific continue to enhance our reputation in the hotel sector with the award of a major refurbishment project in a prominent Glasgow hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn, close to the SEC and OVO Hydro, will be extensively upgraded with the refurbishment of 164 bedrooms. Close to the Crowne Plaza upgraded by Pacific in 2022, the Hilton Garden Inn project will involve new floor coverings, extensive decoration, new furniture and case goods. Pacific have handed over our latest project Edinburgh Airport, an extensive refurbishment of clothing retailer Brora's branch located in the main terminal. The project included partitions, ceilings, decoration, flooring, joinery, signage and building services. Pacific have just handed over the first phase of our project to refurbish and extend the CoURT – a hostel operated by CoDE Concepts on Parliament Square, at the heart of the Royal Mile. The A listed building was originally designed as Edinburgh’s police chambers. Working with a project team including Fitzsimons Ltd and Morgan Architects, the first phase involved the refurbishment of CoURT’s bar and reception areas. Future phases include extension works to create new design-led bedrooms within the attic space, upgrade the existing plant and insulate the new roof to improve the thermal fabric and the energy efficiency of the building.  #hotels #interiors #edinburgh #codeconcepts #hospitality

Pacific have just handed over our latest project for leading retailer WHSmith at Edinburgh Airport. Project involved the fit-out of a new unit in the airport’s East Pier. Other recent projects for the retailer at the airport included light refurbishment, strip-outs and kiosk installation. Pacific have just completed work on a replacement McDonalds Restaurant in Monifieth, on the outskirts of Dundee. The new restaurant – which replaces the original building damaged by fire last year –provides not only a new restaurant, but also drive-thru and delivery kitchen. Following demolition of the original store, the initial phase involved civil works to establish foundations, drainage and concrete slab for the new store. This was followed by the erection of the steel frame, completion of the external envelope before fit-out and landscaping.  #restaurant #qsr #fitoutinteriors #monifieth #mcdonalds
