We have agreed to forward fund the creation of 101 single-family homes in Cambridge, continuing our development partnership with Packaged Living, the UK’s leading sustainable living specialist. The homes, which will be delivered by Barratt Homes, will form part of the Franklin Gardens community within the wider Darwin Green masterplan. Situated on the north-western edge of Cambridge, Darwin Green is expected to deliver more than 1,500 homes when complete, alongside a primary school, health centre, a supermarket, sports facilities, as well as community spaces and parks. We are delighted to welcome Holly Driscoll MRICS to the Packaged Living team as an associate, where she will be supporting the operations team with the delivery of our Single Family Housing property and asset management services.   Previously Holly was with the London Development Land team where she acted for housebuilders, institutional investors and private individuals in the sale and acquisition of sites with residential led development potential.

Packaged Living's Assembly Park wins Pride in Job Award 🏆   Packaged Living are delighted that construction partner, Vistry Group, have won the Regional NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award for our SFH development at Assembly Park in Telford. This is a great achievement for everyone involved in delivering high quality sustainable homes.
