    We're seeing a growing gap between what employers say they're prioritising and what employees experience. According to Randstad’s #Workmonitor2025 the stats don't lie: - 32% of employers claim they're focusing on personalised skills development and career mobility. - But only 22% of Gen X and 24% of Baby Boomers feel L&D opportunities have actually increased in the last 6 months.     According to Randstad’s #Workmonitor2025, AI training is the most sought-after learning and development opportunity by employees - but are employers keeping up with the demand? ✔️ Nearly three quarters of respondents (71%) are ready to use AI in their roles ✔️ 39% believe that the responsibility of AI and tech upskilling sits with their employer ✔️ Only 25% of employers view it as their responsibility Gen Z has the least trust in their employer to deliver continuous training, particularly within AI & Technology, with 57% showing their mistrust in their employers. 💡Did you know?
