Our projects include Marine Energy Wales, Wales Coastal Explorer App, Pembrokeshire Marine Code, Pembrokeshire Outdoor Charter Group, Wales Activity Mapping, Coastal Curriculum and EEP Ecobank. PCF has a dedicated team who are experts at providing independent stakeholder engagement, project development and partnership working. We also discussed the key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of our region—conversations that are more important than ever as we navigate the path toward a sustainable, thriving coastline.   • 🌊 Thank You for Joining Us! 🌊 A big thank you to everyone who attended Pembrokeshire 'Living Coast' 2025 last night—it was fantastic to come together and celebrate our coastline. We’re especially grateful to our host, 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗔𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, for guiding the evening so smoothly, and to our wonderful speakers: 🐋 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘀 – who shared insights from How to Speak Whale, giving us a fascinating glimpse into the communication of these incredible marine mammals. 🐦 𝗗𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱 – whose enthusiasm for seabird populations and island ecosystems made for a truly engaging talk. 🦦 𝗦𝘂𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 – who brought her expertise in marine conservation to the fore, sharing stories of Pembrokeshire’s otters and their unique coastal habits. 📸 Congratulations to our photo competition winners, whose images beautifully captured the essence of our living coast.   • Pembrokeshire 'Living Coast' 2025 Speaker Spotlight: Sue Burton Sue has been involved in marine wildlife conservation in Wales for over 25 years. She has worked on behalf of the partnership of management organisations for the Pembrokeshire Marine Special Area of Conservation, hosted by the Port of Milford Haven, since 2000 and is involved in multiple projects. 🦦Otters in Pembrokeshire🦦 Always happy to share stories about coastal and marine wildlife, Sue is keen to set the record straight about otters.
