The introduction of the Homebuy scheme has proved to be successful on previous developments and Pennant is hopeful to be able to continue to offer the scheme in the future. They do not only build and sell new homes, but are able to offer a wide range of established homes for sale, and also manage all commercial property on behalf of Coastal Housing.
