Everyone at Plymouth Community Homes has the chance to volunteer for a good cause during the working day through our Make a Difference scheme. Staff can take up to three days (pro rata) of leave to carry out voluntary work at any point throughout the year, choosing to develop themselves, the community or an organisation. We're supporting our residents to get online this #DigitalLearningDay 🖥️ Tenants, leaseholders, shared owners and their families have access to Learn My Way, where they can complete a course online at any time including support on how to use social media or online banking. 📱 We host digital drop in sessions throughout the year and across Plymouth through our Learn for Free Programme to help our residents get the most out of their devices. 🌐 As part of our partnership with Livewell Southwest, we're supporting residents experiencing digital poverty through our Digital Inclusion Scheme by giving them access to a basic phone, smart phone or tablet to help them get online. #DigitalInclusion #DigitalLearning #UKHousing #HousingAssociation

That was five years ago and I’ve been here ever since. I enjoy working here because there’s a great community among colleagues, who are always on hand to support you. The residents we work for are kind, welcoming and appreciative of your work. PCH offer a wide range of training courses, which provides a chance to learn new skills.
