Whilst the sun sets on our most exciting summer yet, we wanted to reflect on one of our biggest projects by sharing our new video filmed at the UEFA Champions League Festival sites in the heart of London. Capturing the vibrant energy of football fans and the iconic atmosphere of the city, our video showcases the festival's highlights, from live performances to interactive activations from brands. Set against London's famous landmarks, our footage celebrates the spirit of the Champions League while giving an immersive taste of the action. Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with LS Events, Greater London Authority, The HEINEKEN Company, and PepsiCo to bring their visions to life. With numerous site visits, meetings, and discussions, we successfully showcased each brand while emphasising the core value of teamwork. This joint effort allowed us to capture not only the essence of the brands but also the true spirit of being a team player. #PolarEvents #UCL

✨Big News: some of our bars just got an epic Makeover! ✨ After months of collaboration and hard work, we’re beyond excited to unveil our newly designed bar cladding! Huge thanks to the brilliant minds at BEARD and our incredible team at Polar Events who worked tirelessly to make this vision a reality. Look closely and you’ll find hidden Easter eggs throughout the design – every little detail has a special connection to Polar. We reached out to our staff, past and present, to share their favorite memories with Polar, and we’ve woven as many of their ideas as possible into the new look. Can you spot some? Looking back on a summer where Gallagher Premiership winners Northampton Saints held a BBQ to celebrate the seasons fantastic achievements both on and off the pitch. Here’s our site managers Ben Baguley and Jessica Downie taking up a very rare opportunity for a snap with the premiership trophy! Thanks to Mark Chambers for the invite and putting on a great day of Luscious food, free flowing drink and some brilliant outdoor games. It was nice for the team to be the other side of the bar for once and a fitting end to a memorable season at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens! #PolarEvents

Last week, our team took on some of London's most iconic landmarks for the UEFA Champions League Festival sites - Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, Somerset House and Potters Fields. Contracted by LS Events on behalf of the Greater London Authority, we worked with PepsiCo and The HEINEKEN Company to seamlessly deliver their products to fans across London. A big thank you to LS Events and the GLA; it’s been a pleasure collaborating with you and your fantastic teams. And finally to the Polar Team, a huge thank you for your unwavering hard work and dedication over the four days. LS Events role in delivering the UEFA Champions League Final City Operations in London 2024 officially went live today as Mayor of London Sadiq Khan welcomed the Champions League Trophy to London from Trafalgar Square. ⁠ ⁠ The UEFA Champions League final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid, will take place at Wembley on Saturday 1st June forming the centrepiece of a four-day, family-friendly UEFA Champions Festival. This will take place across five central London locations between Thursday 30th May and Sunday 2nd June.⁠ ⁠ In August 2023, LS Events was appointed as the Greater London Authority (GLA's) Event Management agency to produce, programme and manage the UEFA Champions League Final’s City Operations in London. As part of the brief, LS Events will deliver two Fan Meeting Points with an attendance of up to 35,000. The team will also support the delivery of the UEFA Champions Festival simultaneously across five locations; Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, Somerset House, South Bank and Potters Field Park. As part of the festival there will be concerts, a Giant Trophy activation, the Ultimate Champions tournament and engaging partner activations.⁠ ⁠ Steve Reynolds, Co-CEO LS Events comments; “We are passionate about creating positive fan zone experiences across the world on behalf of our Sports clients who include the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.
