Take Care will provide national associations, leagues, clubs, football stakeholders and schools with tools such as scientific white papers, posters, podcasts, documentaries and educational sessions on six dedicated topics: 1️⃣ Physical activity 2️⃣ Nutrition 3️⃣ Mental health 4️⃣ Digital addiction 5️⃣ Substance awareness 6️⃣ Road safety The first module in the programme, centred on physical activity, goes live on UEFA.com on Wednesday 12 February.
