Last year we installed this telescopic arm STOBAG AG awning on the roof terrace at the Trafalgar Hotel, as well as recovering an existing 10m wide awning, we had to ensure the new awning was strong against high winds, so designed and installed a bespoke steel frame which bolted to concrete under the floor, taking it all up the stairs, and through the hotel was a fun challenge.

Check out our latest installation! We were presented with a south facing rear extension in need of some shade. Upon further inspection the wall was not structural and the internal ceiling joists hadn't been tied into the RSJ above the doors, we worked together with ENR Consulting Engineers to calculate what was required to support the 200kg 7m x 3m awning. What was required: - Remove some of the internal ceiling and secure the joists to the RSJ, cut out the render externally to access the RSJ. - Weld bespoke steel brackets on to the RSJ to support the awning and raising the height of our awning position. - Wire electrical circuits for the awning, led lights and 2 heaters. - Plaster and decorate internal ceiling and walls - Render the rear elevation, paint to match the rest of the house. - Install the beautiful markilux GmbH + Co. KG - MX4 awning, in custom colour hardware to match the doors. We are delighted with the results and so are the clients.

Here's another great awning we just installed! There wasnt sufficient fixings above the doors, so we made a bespoke goalframe to spread the load down the walls in matching colour to the awning and doorframes. The weinor GmbH & Co. KG Kubata model with dimmable led lights looks great on this beautiful house, and provides shade and rain protection from this south facing garden
