Plus for block bookings, you can choose to pay weekly and even split the cost with your teammates! It’s been just over a month since launching our padel courts at Powerleague Shoreditch, and the response has been phenomenal. It's been fantastic to see our community embracing the sport with such enthusiasm. To keep up with the growing demand, we're pleased to announce that we'll be adding a third court at our Shoreditch location in the coming weeks. This expansion will allow even more players to experience and enjoy padel in London. We’ll share further updates in the coming weeks and let you know as soon as you can book the third court via the Playtomic app. We look forward to seeing you on the court soon.

Today marks a significant milestone as Powerplay joins forces with Powerleague. This move allows us to combine the strengths of both brands, giving our customers access to a wider range of locations and sports such as Netball & Padel. Additionally, Powerplay customers will benefit from access to the Powerleague website & app along with all the features it has to offer, such as the Transfer Market, Split payments & a smoother, quicker sign up journey. The combined resources will also facilitate a wider range of local and national tournaments, offering increased opportunities for skill development and competitive play. We are excited about the future and the opportunities this 'joining of forces' unlocks.

Introducing Powerleague Stoke Excel! Earlier this week, we welcomed our partners at The Excel Academy secondary school, The Lord Mayor Lyn Sharpe and the local football community, to celebrate the official opening of our 43rd Powerleague club, Stoke Excel. As well as the formal ribbon cutting, the event featured free coaching sessions for pupils from the school, a EURO tournament, walking football tournament, free pitch use for the community and complimentary food and drink. The club, our second in the city, has benefited from £750,000 of investment and boasts eight new 5-a-side pitches and a full-size FA-accredited 3G surface which can be converted into 4 7-a-side pitches (3G pitch opening soon). Our best-kept secret is out. This summer, we’ll be introducing the world’s fastest-growing sport to our Shoreditch and Birmingham clubs – padel. Yep, soon you’ll not only be able to find some of the best small-sided football facilities in the country here but a combined seven high-spec padel courts too. Why Padel? Well, why not? The beauty of padel is that it doesn't discriminate - anyone can grab a racket and join the party. No need for flashy technical skills or Olympic-level athleticism - just a basic know-how of the rules and an appetite for fun. Want to find out more? Big news! We’re delighted to announce the acquisition of our 43rd club, Powerleague Stoke Excel, which is due to open this summer in the north of the city. The new club, which will be based at The Excel Academy secondary school in Sneyd Green, will benefit from over £750,000 of investment and feature state-of-the-art facilities including an FA-accredited full-size 3G pitch, eight 5-a-side pitches, a further four 7-a-side pitches, and a swanky new clubhouse perfect for kids’ parties. But wait, there’s more… We're not just about great games; we’re here for the community. This project will inject an estimated £1.3m worth of social value into the community, including the creation of around 12 new jobs for locals, while students and sports enthusiasts alike will have a top-notch spot to play and hang out.
