We're delighted to announce that P.P. O'Connor has successfully secured a place on the Great Places Housing Group £1.5 billion Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework until June 2028.   The framework will support the delivery of new homes across the north of England, helping to achieve the shared ambitions of housing associations and local authorities across the northern regions.   It's a massive achievement for us to be one of 34 successful contractors, selected based on technical competence, price, and our commitment to social value.   The framework will allow us to contribute our expertise to tackling the housing crisis and create a lasting impact on our communities, delivering more than £20m in added social value.   We're looking forward to getting started.

We were 'egg-stremely' delighted to donate 130 Easter eggs to pupils at St John Vianney RC SEND School in #Stretford, a project we're delivering with Kier Construction. Big thanks to Lee Fazal, contracts manager and project manager, Craig Tenant for doing their bit to help the Easter Bunny out - it was an 'egg-citing' day all round! 🐇🍫🥚

We have welcomed Ethan to learn some valuable experience while studying his T-Level course at Wigan and Leigh College. Ethan who is from the Wigan area is gaining his experience at the Wigan Galleries site.
