    Breaking the Stigma & Leading the Way: Mental Health at Proserv This morning, I had the privilege of visiting the Proserv Westhill office to speak about mental health, raising awareness, sharing my personal experiences, and exploring how we can shift negative mindsets into positive action. Mental health challenges affect so many, often in silence, but conversations like these help break down barriers and let people know they are not alone. The session was absolutely brilliant, the energy in the room was inspiring! From start to finish, everyone was fully engaged, laughing at the right moments, reflecting when needed, and asking powerful questions that sparked meaningful discussions. These conversations matter, and seeing people open up is one of the best forms of feedback I can receive. But what truly stood out to me was Proserv’s incredible commitment to mental well-being. They’re not just talking about it, they are taking real action: ✅ Mental Health First Aiders in every UK location, ensuring support is always available. ✅ A dedicated Wellbeing Room in their Westhill office providing safe space for employees to recharge and find calm when they need it most. ✅ Their Mental Health Charity Cycle Event, a powerful example of how they are putting well-being at the heart of their culture. This is the kind of leadership we need in every workplace! Mental health is just as important as physical health, and companies like Proserv are paving the way in showing how much of a difference genuine support can make. A huge thank you to Lesley Taylor for inviting me, and to the entire Proserv team for prioritising well-being in such a meaningful way.
