We are delighted to be exhibiting at the International Head and Neck Cancer Conference 2024, in collaboration with The Swallows Charity, held in Sheffield on 6-7 November. On Wednesday, our Chief Medical Officer, James William Snider, III, M.D. from Proton International, LLC, will be representing us, followed by our Medical Director, Beatrice Seddon, on Thursday. Both will be supported by Ami Foster throughout the event. We look forward to connecting with experts from across the healthcare spectrum, sharing research on the use of proton beam therapy in treating head and neck cancer, and advancing knowledge in this crucial area. #hncconf2024 #headandneckcancer #protonbeamtherapy

👇 We're proud to work in partnership with University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and of the research that is being undertaken into proton beam therapy. Also proud that our collaboration has enabled us to expand access to #protonbeamtherapy to non-NHS UK and international patients and we can also now provide this advanced treatment for a wider range of cancers beyond those covered by the NHS 🤝
Over 400 patients have benefited from proton beam therapy (PBT), a cancer treatment which uses high-energy beams of protons to deliver a dose of #radiotherapy. As one of only two #NHS proton beam centres in the UK, our new centre at UCLH brings together some of the world’s leading specialists in complex cancers. We are also driving forward research in #PBT – to find out which patients it works best for, how best to deliver it, and how to measure its impact. Proton beam therapy can be used to treat various cancers in children and young people. Find out more and why it’s considered an advantageous treatment, especially for young children on our website. https://lnkd.in/eWUKPxmQ
