Retour sur les Ateliers du Drive : Insights Clés pour 2024 Chaque année, nous avons le plaisir de participer aux ateliers du drive, un événement incontournable qui révèle les chiffres clés sur la performance du secteur. En 2024, ces données nous offrent une vision des tendances à venir. Un grand merci à Olivier Dauvers et LINEAIRES pour cette journée qui enrichit notre compréhension du marché. 📊 Croissance stabilisée Le parc de drives a augmenté de seulement 56 unités en 2024, contre plus de 500 par an depuis 2020. Le chiffre d'affaires devrait croître de 8%, atteignant 13 milliards d'euros, en dessous des 12% de 2023. 📈 Drive + LAD, seul circuit en hausse Le drive avec livraison à domicile progresse de 5,5% au premier semestre, tandis que les autres circuits enregistrent des baisses allant de -0,5% à -3,6%. 🥇 Intermarché, nouveau leader Avec 1 876 points de retrait (+78 drives), Intermarché dépasse Carrefour et se classe deuxième derrière Leclerc, avec une croissance de 16% et 1,792 milliard d'euros de CA. Cette performance s'explique en partie par l'acquisition du parc Casino par Intermarché, renforçant sa présence sur le marché. 📉 Dynamique du Drive Piéton en diminution Le segment des drives piétons ralentit. Auchan a réduit son parc de 112 à 26 drives entre avril et septembre. Carrefour ajuste sa stratégie en fermant des drives piétons solos pour se concentrer sur les formats Express et City, mais reste leader avec 516 points, incluant solos et casiers. 🔄La stabilisation du parc drive et la croissance du chiffre d'affaires révèle des changements dans la distribution. Intermarché prend de l'avance, tandis que les autres enseignes s'adaptent.
