Another win for Strata as Sublime, a collection of 109 new homes at Hungerhill Lane, Doncaster gets the green light!
At Strata, we’re passionate about creating homes that are accessible to anyone. That's why our parcel "Sublime" will be delivering 109 homes in our home region which range from two-bedroom through to five-bedroom family homes, 25 of which will be affordable homes and include 6 wheelchair-accessible bungalows, bringing more much-needed accessible housing to Doncaster!
With great connectivity to the M18 and local amenities, as well as easy access to existing woodland and green open spaces, Sublime is perfectly placed to offer the community a sense of safety, balance and belonging.
Building communities isn’t just about the bricks and mortar, it’s about contributing to the well-being of those who will come to live in the community, as well as those who already reside there. That’s why as part of the scheme, we are contributing towards local education facilities, public transport links and the West Moor Link Improvement scheme, offering much-needed support in the areas the region needs it most.
Claire Linley, Planning Director at Strata said: “We are excited to see this development come forward. We have worked closely with Doncaster City Council to design a scheme which will deliver much-needed homes as part of a new sustainable community.
The Strata team are extremely proud of the Sublime development and cannot wait to see our customers move into their Strata homes and for this neighbourhood to come to life.”
Special thanks to our partners nineteen47 Ltd., Lithos Consulting Ltd, Ecus Ltd, Queensberry Design Limited, FDA Landscape, Map Archaeological Practice Ltd and BROOKS ECOLOGICAL LTD for their support throughout the planning application process!
