We have recently completed a roof condition survey via abseil, partnering with Stadium Support Services. Their specialist access teams helped us to survey and report on the pitched roof at the top of the Belvedere Tower in London. As access was limited, they utilised their skill set to rig a safe access system, allowing a survey of all four elevations of the pitched roof. We were then able to provide a comprehensive report to the client on an otherwise inaccessible area. #RoofCondition #Surveying #Roof

CIF Project Update We are excited to announce that following a successful Condition Improvement Fund bid from RAM, works at this school in Middlesex are now well underway. This project involves a complex roof replacement, which required the removal of the existing roof covering and an unusual metal grid system for hanging roof tiles. A new timber secondary structure has been designed and installed, to fit the slight curvature and steep 50° pitch. A temporary roof was required to protect the fabric and furniture inside the building and also to enable work to continue during wet and windy conditions. #Construction #BuildingConsultancy #CIF #DfE #Education
