🏫 Today, we had an enriching session focused on professional development and sustainability leadership for Estates and Compliance Leads. During the session we delved into the current professional development opportunities available to estates staff, discussing the development needs of our teams and identifying both formal and informal learning opportunities. We were then joined by Matt Isherwood from Barker Associates , where our colleagues explored the diagnostic results from the recent Estates360 Assessment and Sustainability Self-Assessment surveys. These findings will guide our discussions on CPD and strategic development, helping us scope an advanced CPD offer for MATs in partnership with Barker Associates.
