February has been a fantastic month for #TeamRead as we have taken part in several events to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week and highlight the opportunities available in construction! 🏗️👷♂️👷♀️ ✅ We attended two Meet the Employer events at Coleg Cambria, engaging with construction students about apprenticeships and placement opportunities with Read Construction. ✅ We promoted local career pathways at the Flint Jobs and Apprenticeship Fair, connecting with future talent in the industry. ✅ We participated in a roundtable discussion facilitated by CITB in collaboration with Coleg Cambria, alongside other construction employers, degree and trade apprentices, and Jack Sargeant MS, Minister for Culture, Skills and Social Partnership. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the impact and value of apprenticeships, share personal success stories, and hear directly from apprentices about their experiences.
