Happy International Women's Day 💪 This is the final video in our three-part series sharing real thoughts from real women in the workplace. When asked what changes we'd like to see for women in the future the overwhelmingly recurrent theme was about women's health and wellbeing. Other themes include: - Eliminating the gender pay gap - Cheaper childcare - Time off for medical screenings - Understanding and support around menstrual health - Balancing invisible workloads Despite living longer than men, women spend 25% more of their lives in poor health. The women's health gap is one of the many reasons raising awareness around events like International Women's Day is so critical in order to accelerate action. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction

We got together as a team last week to take part in an International Women's Day quiz - learning about women's history within the transport sector, as well as women's rights and political milestones. It was uplifting, eye-opening and, at times, shocking.
