My role is to support our existing clients with any new vacancies whilst also pitching to new companies the services we offer here at Rommbic. 𝗤: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁? - I already worked in sales and met Matt at a networking event who had a business development position going. We had a few conversations and I was sold on the vision, plan, and direction Matt wanted to take Rommbic. 𝗤: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘀? - I think there are a few reasons Rommbic differs from other recruitment firms within the building materials industry: Our expertise/ knowledge on the industry - our BD team is split into product segmentations so we can develop our understanding of the products/systems our clients manufacture, supply and sell. And our delivery team is split geographically meaning their local market knowledge is second to none.  We don't just have an individual bonus scheme, we have a team bonus structure meaning everyone wants to work closely together which stimulates better communication.  PRIMO! NEOM includes plans for smart cities and innovative industries. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 (𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮): This infrastructure project aims to reduce traffic congestion in Mumbai by constructing a coastal road, including tunnels and bridges. It is expected to improve connectivity along the coast. 𝗜𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗯𝘂𝗹 𝗔𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘆): This mega airport is one of the largest in the world, designed to handle over 200 million passengers annually once fully operational.
