RunFlat International is the leading independent RunFlat system supplier in the defence and security sector, having built a reputation on quality, performance and customer care. Designed primarily for the armoured vehicle market, we offer a complete range of wheel and RunFlat systems to suit all vehicle applications. When fitted, up to 100km can be achieved with deflated tyres following ballistic or terrain related damage. Our products are regularly and arduously tested according to military standards such as FINABEL 20.A.5 (50km), FINABEL A.20.A (100km) as well as specific standards established by certain countries or manufacturers. RunFlat International is able to produce RunFlat systems to suit all wheel types and sizes. We will present our full range of wheels, RunFlats and beadlocks, including our complete wheel solutions for Toyota Landcruiser 300 and Ford F550. We are continuing to expand and invest to meet our customers demands! In 2024 we have commissioned a new casting line in our chemical plant, purchased additional machinery (such as CNC centres) and moved the fitting centre to a 25,000 sq. ft. building to assemble complete wheels - a purchasing trend among our customers. The combined investment has increased our capacity by 50%, enabling us to meet market demands with short leadtimes.

Production has officially begun on 70 Jackal 3 vehicles for the British Army, with a prototype already built. Today, Babcock International Group alongside Supacat opened the production line marking a significant milestone in the programme which has created 100 new jobs with almost 100% of its supply chain sourced in the UK. 🇬🇧 Major General Darren Crook CBE, our Director of Land Equipment, who attended the opening ceremony said: “This Supacat and Babcock collaboration will deliver modern fighting vehicles for the British Armed Forces and our allies, whilst developing and maintaining key land defence engineering skills in a much-valued part of the South West of England. It is tangible evidence of the British Army’s Land Industrial Strategy and our purpose for Defence: to protect the nation and help it prosper.”
