On Friday 7th March Rural Housing's Chair John Waddell and CEO Stephen Fisher, alongside partners Lowry Construction Ltd and Studio Rogers Architects, had the pleasure of hosting a site visit at our Cushendall scheme. Attending the visit were representatives from the Housing Executive and Danske Bank. Our Cushendall scheme will see the addition of 34 new-build social homes to the village of Cushendall, an important step to addressing housing need in the area. This scheme has also been identified as a 'Housing for All' Shared Neighbourhood, which sees additional funding through the Housing Executive to develop a five year good relations plan for the area.
